Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing apparel (shirts, knit cardigans, blazers, wide-leg pants, straight-leg trousers) or footwear (high heels, loafers, casual shoes) from commutewear.pro (operated by Commute Wear LLC), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your order confirmation email serves as official proof of acceptance, creating a binding legal agreement between you and our company.

Billing Terms

  • One-Time Sale Model: All purchases on commutewear.pro are single, non-recurring transactions. There are no automatic subscriptions, monthly charges, or hidden fees—you pay only for the specific apparel, footwear, or bundles you select at checkout.
  • Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as commutewear.pro to clearly identify your workwear purchase and avoid confusion with other transactions.
  • Payment Security: We use industry-standard encrypted payment processors to protect your credit card, debit card, or digital wallet information. Commute Wear LLC does not store full payment details on our servers, ensuring your financial data remains secure.

Product Information & Availability

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all apparel and footwear (e.g., fabric composition, sizing charts, shoe heel height, pants inseam lengths, blazer shoulder measurements). Minor differences may occur due to product updates (e.g., fabric batch variations in color, slight adjustments to fit) — we will notify you promptly if a significant discrepancy (e.g., wrong size, incorrect style, or material mismatch) affects your order.
  • Product availability is updated in real time, but occasional stockouts may happen (e.g., popular blazer sizes, trending shoe styles, seasonal shirt colors). If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you within 1 business day to offer 3 options: a full refund, a substitute product of equal or higher value, or backorder with a confirmed shipping date.

User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information (shipping address, contact details) during checkout. Commute Wear LLC is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
  • Apparel and footwear are designed for their intended use (e.g., dress shoes for professional/commute settings, stretch pants for comfort during transit). You are responsible for following product care instructions (e.g., recommended washing temperature, dry-clean only guidelines, shoe maintenance tips) — we are not liable for damages from improper care (e.g., shrinking shirts from hot water, scuffing leather shoes on rough surfaces, or damaging blazers via incorrect cleaning methods).

Limitation of Liability

Commute Wear LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., inconvenience, missed work events, additional clothing purchases) resulting from delayed deliveries, product defects (addressed via our Refund Policy), or user error. Our total liability is limited to the total purchase price of the affected apparel or footwear.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes arising from your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Ventura, CA.
